toonel.net本意是用来压缩网络传输的数据量从而节省费用（比如按流量计费的手机上网），因为要经过它的服务器，所以也就可以当成一个代理了。

记住一定要先下载 Java runtime 安装好后才能运行 toonel.jar

toonel使用教程

打开toonel.jar

再接着打开ie浏览器

点击 工具 → Internet 选项

点击 连接 局域网设置

为 Lan使用代理服务器 打上勾 地址 127.0.0.1 端口 8080 确定 确定

就正在使用toonel.jar代理翻墙浏览了。 不要翻墙了 记住要把 为 Lan使用代理服务器 前面的勾去掉 确定 确定
